We were awakened yesteryear drunken laughter through our hotel room wall.
When my hubby knocked on the door side yesteryear side to ours, no 1 answered. So he called through the door: "I'd appreciate you lot keeping it down. You woke us."
"We're hither to accept fun," a drunken vocalism yelled back.
Drunken people rarely brand sense, but there's a "sober" excuse I've heard that's merely equally foolish. It's this one: "It's no one's trouble organisation what I produce privately. I'm non pain anyone."
But the truth is this: Whenever nosotros violate God's commands nosotros wound ourselves because every ascendancy of God is given for our best good. And nosotros commonly wound others too, sometimes directly, sometimes indirectly.
Scripture says God's precepts should hold out "fully obeyed" because His constabulary "is perfect, refreshing the soul... making wise the simple" (Psalm 19:7; 119:4).
