When the adoption agent began explaining Kacy's status to about prospective parents, the hubby interrupted her. "We'll accept her!"
"But don't you lot desire to encounter her first?"
"We'll accept her sight unseen!"
That's how Kacy was adopted.
Years later, Kacy Terrill became a gifted speaker too oftentimes spoke close about other adoption:
