Sin is sin, no affair who consents...
"We're consenting adults, in addition to thus nosotros aren't pain anyone."
Even from a worldly standpoint, this excuse isn't logical. How many families accept been torn apart yesteryear adulterous affairs betwixt 2 consenting adults? How many unwanted pregnancies, abortions, latent regrets, sexually transmitted diseases, broken promises?
But suppose 2 adults could survive involved inwards sinful deportment that didn't touching closed to other person's life inwards whatever way. Would it survive harmless?
Scripture says otherwise:
"Flee from sexual immorality. All other sins a somebody commits are exterior the body, only whoever sins sexually, sins against their ain body." 1 Corinthians 6:18
"Do non survive deceived: God cannot survive mocked. Influenza A virus subtype H5N1 human being reaps what he sows. Whoever sows to delight their flesh, from the flesh volition reap destruction; whoever sows to delight the Spirit, from the Spirit volition reap eternal life." Galatians 6:7-8
Even if no i else is affected, sin notwithstanding damages those who consent to it. There's no such thing every bit harmless sin.
