When God told Moses to speak to Pharaoh (in Exodus three in addition to 4),
Moses said:
1. Who Am I?
2. Who are You?
3. They won't believe me.
4. I'm non a skilful speaker.
5. I don't desire to create it.
God didn't assuage Moses' ego or fix upwards his self-esteem. He didn't utter most Moses at all. He talked most Himself in addition to His mightiness to create what Moses could not.
It didn't thing who Moses was. It mattered who God was.
God explained He wasn't a piffling "g" god similar those of Egypt, precisely the Great I Am. He promised to examine Himself to the Egyptian leaders in addition to give Moses words to speak.
I imagine when Moses got to his 4th excuse in addition to said, "I'm non a skilful speaker," God was thinking, "No, you're non a skilful listener. I've been trying to say yous that it's non most you. It's most Me."
Most of us tin seat amongst Moses' attitudes. But it's clear that whenever God asks us to create something, all our excuses are irrelevant.
