When God told Moses to speak to Pharaoh (in Exodus three in addition to 4),
Moses said:
1. Who Am I?
2. Who are You?
3. They won't believe me.
4. I'm non a skilful speaker.
5. I don't desire to create it.
God didn't assuage Moses' ego or fix upwards his self-esteem. He didn't utter most Moses at all. He talked most Himself in addition to His mightiness to create what Moses could not.
It didn't thing who Moses was. It mattered who God was.
